Our Residential Center
Located in a neighborhood in northwest Davenport, the Residential Center is home to 55 to 60 individuals, delivering an essential resource for those with special needs in our community.
Twenty-four hour nursing care is provided and residents also receive assistance from staff members who provide speech, occupational, physical, and recreational therapies. The Residential Center is licensed as an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID).
Group homes
Three group homes, with capacity of up to eight people, offer a comfortable, home-like living arrangement for individuals. Closely connected to the Residential Center, group home residents enjoy the benefit of having access to assistance from nursing and other staff at the Residential Center at all times.
Group home residents are supported in cooking, cleaning, laundry, and other household skills. They also are assisted with using community resources, like grocery stores, libraries, restaurants, movie theaters, and others. Staff members are always present in the home when residents are there to provide the care and assistance needed.
